How can I pay you?
You can make the payment online using your debit or credit card, via PayPal/Stripe, a globally accepted and secure payment gateway secure payment gateway that uses industry standard data encryption to protect all your information. All transactions made via their system are guaranteed to be safe.
Is there any substitute payment method for PayPal/Stripe?
Most certainly! You can make a bank transfer into our account and we will notify you once we receive your payment.

Process of Placing an Order

How do I place my order?
We have designed a very simple & quick process for your ease. It will take you less than 3 minutes to place your order. To begin, click on 'Order Now'. Enter the word count you want us to edit or write. You will get a price quote along with an option to choose the delivery type: Standard, Express, Urgent or a Easy delivery. After selecting your option, just give us your requirements, if any. You will be asked to create a new WriteSmartly account or sign in with your old one. Now you can go ahead with the payment through the highly secured payment gateway, relax and leave the rest to us. We will deliver your document within the desired timeframe.
What are the steps to cancel my order?
You can contact us anytime via chat, telephone or email and we will cancel your order right away. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that the editors start working on your document as soon as we receive the order, so you would be required to cancel the order within 20 minutes of placing the order.
Is there a way to delete the job I have created?
To delete a job you have created, please follow these steps: Sign in to your WriteSmartly Account. Go to the My Jobs page. Next, click on the job which you wish to delete. This will take you to the Job Summary page. Click on the Delete icon (delete) on the top right corner of the job summary. Please note that this step will delete all the files under your job, including the edited documents.

How will you return the content written by you?
You can always download your perfectly written document from your WriteSmartly account. In the event you have sent it on our customer support email address, we will return it to you via email.

Turnaround

How soon can I receive my completely written document?
We deliver most of the documents within a turnaround time of less than 24 hours. In fact, if we finish processing your job before the stated turnaround time, we will deliver to you the written content immediately. Please visit our ‘Pricing’ section to get a clearer idea of how our turnaround time is calculated. Enter your word count and click our ‘Get Estimate’ button.
